Matrix Marine LLC not only does the full aspects of engineering (measurement, Auto CAD drawings, design, details), but we do the permit processing from filing to approval without any additional charge. Permit processing, simply means to submit the plans to the City Building Officials and get the various department approvals for the issuance of the approved plans for construction.

Construction

Matrix Marine LLC is a Design-Build firm which provides a full range of engineering and construction. Although we are a Design-Build firm, we bid projects by other consulting firms, in this case the owner will get the benefit of our value engineering, free of charge, which ultimately will be less costly to complete the project prior to receiving the cost estimate.

Matrix Marine, LLC and Matrix Marine Group, LLC offers solutions for infrastructure repair and improvements nationally. We provide structural evaluations, design build solutions and experienced installation with a highly trained team.

We use a US patented Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) system for repair and strengthening of worn and corroded structures. The product we use is the strongest pile jacket on the market with a tensile strength of this laminate ranging from 28,000 to 155,000 psi that is 1.5 – 10 times higher than common fiberglass jackets. It has been approved by the US Army Corp of Engineers and US Navy after being tested and is presently used by port authorities worldwide. The product is called PileMedic by QuakeWrap, Inc. It is designed to last for over 50 years It is a rapid repair structural strengthening system.
